DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: -
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Knowledge about UAE labour laws is an added advantage
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
DESIRED SKILLS: -
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
