Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and business oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO who will also serve as the Sales Coordinator for Blackfrog Technologies. This role combines executive support with ownership of the sales administration function, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, engineering, production, finance, and quality.
The ideal candidate will enable the CEO to focus on strategic growth by managing executive priorities while driving timely follow ups, customer coordination, sales documentation, ISO records, and internal execution. This is a high ownership role offering significant exposure to business strategy, customer interactions, and company operations. Candidate needs to be graduated (any discipline) with minimum 2 years of experience.
Sales Coordination & Customer Success Support
Serve as the primary coordinator for all sales opportunities from enquiry through order execution.
Track and follow up on quotations, proposals, customer approvals, purchase orders, and pending actions.
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure timely execution of customer commitments.
Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities and customer interactions are accurately documented.
Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations, pilot deployments, and post meeting action items.
Maintain sales documentation including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, customer records, and commercial documentation.
Manage customer feedback and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation.
Coordinate after sales follow up to improve customer satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
Maintain records required for ISO processes related to sales, customer complaints, corrective actions, customer satisfaction, and document control.
Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline, customer follow ups, outstanding quotations, and order status for the CEO.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in sales coordination, customer success, business operations, or executive support is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer lifecycle management will be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and senior stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working across functions in a fast paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
