- Greet guests warmly and manage walk-ins, reservations, and waiting lists
- Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and basic customer requests
- Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth guest seating
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Manage guest flow during peak hours to minimize wait times
- Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to management when required
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with special requests, events, or promotions as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 0.5–1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation or POS systems (preferred)
- Must be of legal working age
