Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Lead / Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable data platforms and pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), ETL processes, and team leadership, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Build scalable data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, or similar tools
- Architect and manage data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse solutions
- Handle real-time and batch data ingestion using tools like Kafka or APIs
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers
- Collaborate with BI teams for reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau
- Manage cloud-based data infrastructure and data migration projects
- Implement best practices in data modeling, security, and scalability
Pay: ₹1,072,253.66 - ₹1,568,409.32 per year
