The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and market penetration for the NBFC. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring regional and branch sales teams, building channel partnerships, ensuring portfolio quality, and achieving lending targets across products such as personal loans, business loans, MSME loans, and other lending products offered by the organization.
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Drive loan disbursement volumes, revenue, profitability, and market share.
Team Leadership & Management
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales organization across regions and branches.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales managers and frontline sales teams.
Revenue & Profitability
- Achieve assigned business targets related to loan disbursements, fee income, and profitability.
- Optimize acquisition costs and improve sales productivity.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
