Job Title: Center Sales Manager – Admission Counsellor

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to handle dual responsibilities of Center Sales Manager and Admission Counsellor. The role involves driving admissions, managing leads, and ensuring smooth sales operations at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process
- Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve individual and center-level admission targets
- Manage and maintain lead data, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Support in planning and executing sales strategies for the center
- Ensure excellent student/parent experience throughout the admission journey
- Assist in coordinating with marketing for lead generation activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions counselling or sales (target-based role)
- Prior experience in education/training industry preferred
- Strong conversion and closing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Graduate in any discipline
