Three to five years administering Oracle Database 12c or 19c in production (21c or 23ai is a bonus).
Strong RMAN, Data Guard and ASM operational experience — including real failovers, not just simulations.
PL/SQL, shell scripting, and confident Linux administration.
Practical performance tuning using AWR, ASH and execution plans.
Working knowledge of Oracle EBS or JD Edwards database layer.
Working understanding of ITIL incident, problem and change management.
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones; clear written English suitable for AU and NZ customer communication
