ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Sales
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel from initial consultation to closure by understanding client needs and
presenting compelling, personalised design solutions.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budgets, and translate
these into actionable design briefs.
- Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and a solution-first
approach.
Design & Deliverables
- Conceptualise and develop creative, functional interior design solutions including modular kitchens, wardrobes,
living spaces, and more tailored to each client's vision.
- Produce accurate and aesthetically compelling design deliverables: AutoCAD drawings, 3D visualisations,
material boards, and BOQ documentation.
- Maintain design quality and accuracy across all deliverables, ensuring designs are executable, on-budget, and
aligned with client expectations.
- Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and innovations to consistently offer clients fresh, relevant
ideas.
Project Management & Execution
- Own the complete project lifecycle from design sign-off through vendor coordination, procurement, on-site
supervision, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and site teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution with minimal
disruption to clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed spaces, maintaining our standard of delivering homes that are fully ready
to live in.
Customer Experience
- Champion a client-first mindset throughout every project, ensuring a seamless and delightful journey from first
meeting to final walk-through.
- Gather and act on client feedback to continuously refine design approaches and improve satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
