We are hiring a Sales Representative / Membership Sales Executive for our gym.
The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, calling leads, scheduling trials, converting walk-ins and trials into memberships, following up with old leads and renewals, and maintaining daily sales reports.
Responsibilities:
- Call new enquiries and follow up daily
- Schedule trials and gym visits
- Explain membership plans and offers
- Convert leads into paid memberships
- Handle walk-ins professionally
- Maintain daily sales tracker
- Follow up with expired members and renewal leads
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident on calls and in-person conversations
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Basic Google Sheets/computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and disciplined
- Freshers may apply if confident and willing to learn
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
