Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Loading raw materials, installing tools, and setting offsets (Fixtures, Tooling).
- Operation & Monitoring: Running VMC machines, monitoring for errors, and checking tool wear.
- Quality Control: Measuring finished parts with instruments like calipers and micrometer to ensure they meet specifications.
- Programming/Editing: Loading and editing CNC programs (G-code/Fanuc controllers).
- Maintenance: Cleaning and performing routine maintenance on the machine.
Requirements
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of G-codes, and familiarity with FANUC or similar controllers.
- Experience: Generally 0-3 years in CNC/VMC operation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
