The Skill Instructor – Culinary Arts is responsible for delivering hands-on culinary training, developing industry-relevant practical skills and creating an engaging learning environment that prepares students for professional kitchens and food service operations. The instructor will focus on skill development,experiential learning, live projects, culinary innovation and industry readiness. The role requires a passionate culinary professional who can inspire students through practical demonstrations, skill drills, production activities, food festivals, entrepreneurship initiatives and real-world culinary experiences.The instructor will play a key role in transforming students into competent, confident, and employable culinary professionals capable of meeting modern hospitality industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Production
-
Minimum 3 - 5 years of industry experience in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, catering operations or culinary training institutions.

Experience in practical culinary instruction and skill-based training preferred.
