Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete Sales MIS operations and reporting activities for the organization.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales MIS reports for management review.
- Generate reports related to sales targets, achievements, primary sales, secondary sales, distributor performance, market analysis, and sales team productivity.
- Maintain accurate sales databases and ensure timely updating of reports and dashboards.
- Handle and monitor sales data through System and coordinate sales staff reporting activities.
- Manage employee attendance, sales activity tracking, and reporting through Sales.
- Prepare advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Data Analysis tools.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, accounts, HR, and management for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Analyze sales performance trends and provide insights for business growth and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in sales and attendance reports.
- Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of sales and employee data.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboards, Charts, and MIS Reporting.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG sales operations and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales MIS and reporting in the FMCG sector.
- Graduation or Post Graduation in relevant field will be preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented work approach.
- Strong coordination skills with sales, HR, and management teams.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in FMCG sales analytics, distributor reporting, and advanced Excel-based MIS management systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
