Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Master Technician to join a premium automotive service team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with authorized luxury automobile dealerships such as BMW, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, or equivalent brands.
The role involves advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, quality assurance, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnosis & Repair
- Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Identify and resolve issues related to engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, HVAC systems, and drivetrains.
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and manufacturer-approved software.
Maintenance Services:
- Conduct preventive and routine maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, filter replacement, and system inspections.
- Ensure vehicles operate at optimal performance and safety standards.
Advanced Repairs:
- Handle complex repairs such as:
- Engine overhauls
- Transmission rebuilds
- Differential repairs
- ECU/module programming & reprogramming
- Follow manufacturer specifications and premium service standards.
Electrical & Electronic Systems:
- Diagnose and repair advanced automotive electrical systems including:
- Wiring harnesses
- Sensors & actuators
- CAN communication systems
- Onboard control modules
Technical Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Diagnostics
- Repairs performed
- Parts usage
- Labor time
- Service recommendations
Customer Interaction:
- Explain technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers.
- Provide professional consultation and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Training & Mentorship:
- Mentor junior technicians and support team skill development.
- Stay updated with evolving automotive technologies and luxury vehicle systems.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct final inspections and quality checks to ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards.
Calibration & Parts Replacement:
- Calibrate machinery and vehicle systems as per manufacturer standards.
- Replace defective parts with precision and efficiency.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification (Mandatory):
Candidates must possess any one of the following from a recognized institute:
- 2-Year Full-Time I.T.I.
- 3-Year Full-Time Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in authorized luxury automotive dealerships such as:
- BMW
- Volvo
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi
- Porsche
- Rolls-Royce
- Maserati
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Expertise in computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software

Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
