About the Role
G K Dental Products, a trusted name in the dental industry, is looking for dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executives to expand our presence across Mumbai. We are seeking self-motivated professionals with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who are passionate about sales and customer service.
Territory Allocation
Position 1:
- Western Line: South Mumbai to Andheri
- Focus: Dental Clinics and Dental Professionals
Position 2:
- Western Line: Jogeshwari to Mira-Bhayander
- Focus: Dental Clinics and Dental Professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 7–8 dental clinics daily within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's range of dental products and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and clinic owners.
- Generate new business while maintaining existing customer accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience (preferably in the dental, medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai routes and territory management.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Travel Allowance: ₹3,500 per month

Incentive Structure
- 5% incentive on every ₹1,00,000 target achieved.
- Incentives are performance-based and are paid upon successful completion of each ₹1,00,000 sales milestone.
