Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Associate to assemble, wire, test, and support electrical systems for industrial packaging machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring, machine assembly, reading electrical schematics, and working with industrial components such as sensors, PLCs, drives, and control panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels for packaging machines.
- Perform machine electrical assembly as per drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Route and terminate cables, connectors, sensors, motors, and pneumatic electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical documents.
- Install and connect PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, relays, switches, and safety devices.
- Conduct electrical testing, continuity checks, and troubleshooting during assembly.
- Support machine commissioning and trial runs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Coordinate with mechanical assembly and engineering teams for smooth machine integration.
- Maintain tools, wiring standards, and assembly documentation.
- Identify and report assembly issues or component shortages to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial machine wiring.
- Experience in packaging machinery, automation equipment, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical components and control systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PLC-based machines.
- Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, and industrial sensors.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and electromechanical systems.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet production timelines.
Pay: ₹9,675.54 - ₹28,135.11 per month
