Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on platform like Up Work, Freelancer .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication over calls and emails.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
