Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels
- Identify potential clients and understand their business needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company products/services to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience: 0–3 years
Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
