Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of Inside Sales experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of electrical or mechanical products.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
