Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Junior Pediatrician to join our Pediatrics Department. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents while working closely with senior consultants to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, and NICU/PICU referrals as required.
- Monitor the growth and development of pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and manage common childhood illnesses, infections, and medical conditions.
- Attend pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding child health, nutrition, vaccination, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DCH in Pediatrics.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- 0–3 years of experience in Pediatrics. Fresh postgraduates are encouraged to apply.
