We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team at Vibcare Pharma. You will handle franchise/PCD enquiries, follow up with leads, and help grow our sales across India. This is a great role for freshers and early-career candidates who want to build a career in pharma sales.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into orders / franchise tie-ups.

Explain our products, price lists, and monthly schemes to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new distributors/franchise partners.

Update enquiries, follow-ups, and order status in CRM / Excel.

Coordinate with seniors to close deals and resolve customer queries.

Work towards monthly sales targets.

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Pharma / B.Sc preferred but not compulsory).

Experience: 0–2 years in sales / telecalling / inside sales. Freshers can apply.

Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi & basic English.

Comfortable with phone-based selling and talking to customers.

Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Web, and Email.
