Position: Caretaker – Old Age Home

Job Summary
The Caretaker is responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to elderly residents in the old age home. The role includes assisting residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and safety, preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a caring and respectful environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesResident Care
- Attend to the daily needs of elderly residents.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming when required.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any concerns to the management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all residents at all times.
Cooking and Food Management
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages for residents.
- Follow dietary requirements and special meal plans as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage food supplies and inform management about stock requirements.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of residents' rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and surroundings.
- Assist in maintaining a neat, hygienic, and pleasant living environment.
- Support basic housekeeping activities as required.
Record Keeping and Coordination
- Maintain attendance and daily activity records of residents.
- Report emergencies, health issues, or incidents promptly.
- Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and healthcare professionals when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (preferred).
- Experience in elderly care, caregiving, nursing assistance, or housekeeping is an advantage.
- Basic cooking skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work with compassion, patience, and responsibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
