Job Title: Implementation Consultant (Process Architect) - EdTech SaaS
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Remote (Must be willing to travel to client school sites)

Key Responsibilities
- Process Discovery: On-site shadowing of school Principals, Accountants, Admission Heads, and Academic Coordinators to map complex workflows (Fees, Admissions, Academics, HR).
- Change Management: Build strong relationships with institutional leadership, identify points of resistance, and design empathetic transition strategies for staff members who fear technology.
- Solution Design: Analyze operational gaps and compile comprehensive "School Blueprints" to guide our engineering and configuration teams.
- Adoption Tracking: Partner with your Training Specialist to roll out role-specific training modules and monitor Daily Active Users (DAU) post-go-live.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Domain Expertise: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in school operations, educational administration, or school software implementation.
- Backgrounds Welcomed: Former Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, Admission Heads, School Operations Managers, or seasoned School ERP Functional Consultants.
- Tech-Lite Mindset: You do not need to be a developer. However, you must be comfortable with process mapping tools (Lucidchart/draw.io), project tools (Jira/Asana), and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and a calm-under-pressure attitude.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Gujarati is highly preferred.
