We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Executive – IT Recruitment to join our growing team. This role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment along with exposure to core HR operations. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing hiring pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience while supporting overall HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a strong foundation in HR within a professional IT environment.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other effective channels
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and manage the hiring pipeline
- Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual) and coordinate further rounds
- Draft, post, and manage job listings across multiple platforms
- Engage with passive candidates through professional outreach
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring and operational needs
- Manage onboarding processes and ensure a seamless joining experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
- Assist in employee retention efforts and maintaining a positive work environment
- Handle attendance tracking and leave management processes
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Support HR operations, including policy implementation and employee coordination
- Assist in training coordination and performance management activities
- Apply basic negotiation skills during offer discussions and candidate handling
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- IT and Non IT Recruitment: Basic understanding of hiring for technical roles
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coordination: Ability to manage multiple candidates and stakeholders
- HR Operations: Knowledge of onboarding, attendance, and leave management
- Employee Engagement: Understanding of workplace culture and retention practices
- Negotiation Skills: Basic ability to handle candidate discussions professionally
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
