Job Summary
Discover Webtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and web analytics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Power BI, and Looker Studio and be capable of transforming data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Google Looker Studio.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Configure and analyze website and marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Monitor key business and marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and validation checks.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Google Looker Studio.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Experience integrating marketing and analytics data sources.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics.
