Dianora, a TV manufacturing company in Alappuzha, is hiring an experienced Operational Head to manage and streamline day-to-day manufacturing operations, production workflow, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory and operational activities
- Monitor production planning and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with production, store, and quality control teams
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Improve operational processes and productivity
- Supervise staff performance and departmental coordination
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and production workflow
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
