Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
· Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
· Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel to support decision-making processes.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
· Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
· Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other activities as needed.
Key Skills:
· Excel Proficiency:
· Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
· Ability to create and maintain spread sheets, analyze data, and present findings clearly.
· Strong Communication Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
· Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a coordination role or similar position.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
· Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with project management tools or software.
· Basic understanding of other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
