We are looking for a result-driven Terminal Head to lead complete operations, commercial growth, and stakeholder management at Jalna Dry Port. Candidate should have strong exposure in logistics terminals, ICD/CFS, rail cargo, port operations, warehousing, or multimodal freight operations.

✔ Cargo handling / rail-road coordination
✔ Business development & revenue growth
✔ Client acquisition – exporters/importers/logistics companies
✔ Customs / Railway / Government liaison
✔ Team leadership & manpower control
✔ P&L management / cost optimization
✔ Safety, compliance & MIS reporting
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Experience in Dry Port / ICD / CFS / Port / Logistics Park
✔ Strong leadership & operational control
✔ Commercial mindset with industry contacts
✔ Able to scale cargo movement & profitability
✔ Maharashtra market experience preferred
