Job Title: MEP Project In-Charge
Job Summary:
The MEP Project In-Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites. The role ensures that all MEP activities are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
- Coordinate procurement and material management for MEP activities.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Verify measurements, billing, and project documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in MEP project execution and site management.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
