About the Role:
You don’t need to be a master scriptwriter or a tech genius yet. We are looking for someone with basic knowledge, zero ego, and an absolute hunger to learn how top-tier YouTube content is made. This role is for a "Swiss Army Knife." One day you might be researching the latest tech, the next day you might be brainstorming how to make a documentary-style video entertaining, and the day after that, you might be helping organize footage on a Mac or setting up a clean, minimalist 4K shot. If you are flexible, curious, and willing to do whatever it takes to make a great video, we will teach you the rest.
What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning):
- Scripting Assistance: Learning how to take basic tech facts and turn them into relatable, story-driven scripts that keep people watching.
- Scrappy Research: Digging into the internet to find cool facts, whether we are talking about a new consumer gadget, space tech, or how things are engineered.
- Gadget Testing: Getting hands-on with devices. Figuring out what normal people actually care about when using them, not just reading spec sheets.
- Wearing Multiple Hats: Helping out wherever needed. This could mean pitching a funny, relatable joke for a script, assisting with production logistics, or finding the perfect B-roll reference.
- Brainstorming: Bringing fresh, crazy, and unique video ideas to the table every week.
What We’re Looking For:
- The "Figure It Out" Mindset:You don't need to know everything, but when faced with a problem, your first instinct is to Google it, test it, and figure it out.
- Flexibility:You are perfectly fine pivoting from writing a script to helping out on set or doing tedious research. No task is "below your pay grade."
- Basic Tech Love:You have a genuine interest in gadgets and digital culture, and you consume a lot of YouTube.
- A Sense of Humor & Story: You appreciate good comedic timing and know the difference between a boring lecture and an entertaining story.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
