About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BD professional who is strong in lead generation, communication, and IT/AV product understanding. The role focuses on identifying the right prospects, qualifying leads, and creating steady opportunities for the sales team to close.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive high-quality lead generation through calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and research.
· Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable IT/AV/VC products and solutions.
· Schedule meetings, demos, and walkthroughs for the sales team.
· Manage follow-up cycles and maintain a structured pipeline.
· Conduct market and account research to identify potential enterprise and corporate clients.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
· Track outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion performance.
Requirements
· 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or business development (IT/AV industry preferred).
· Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
· Good understanding of IT hardware and AV solutions (Laptops, Displays, VC Devices, Collaboration Tools, etc.).
· Proven ability to meet outreach and qualification targets.
· Experience using CRM or lead-tracking tools.
· Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing independent outreach cycles.
