We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin to manage and coordinate the overall administration of 5 branches. The role involves monitoring branch administrative activities, reviewing operational expenses, managing maintenance and assets, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple branches.
- Monitor and review the daily performance of Admin Executives across all 5 branches.
- Review and control branch administration expenses, petty cash, and cash payment records.
- Verify daily cash tally reports and ensure financial accuracy.
- Approve branch operational and administration expenses as per company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of branch requirements.
- Manage company assets, maintain asset records, and conduct monthly asset audits.
