We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Generative AI Trainer from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent reputed institutions to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training programs on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Train learners on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Automation.
- Design and develop curriculum, presentations, assignments, assessments, labs, and capstone projects.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and bootcamps based on real-world business challenges and industry use cases.
- Mentor students and working professionals for AI careers, internships, certifications, and placements.
- Guide learners in building AI applications, AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Create industry-specific AI solutions for Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Education sectors.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate them into training programs.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical and career guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and AI Automation.
- Proficiency in Python, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Hugging Face, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to beginners as well as experienced professionals.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands on industry experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, or related technologies.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, corporate learning, or technical education is highly preferred.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, IISc, or other premier institutes will be preferred.
- Relevant AI, ML, Cloud, or Generative AI certifications will be an added advantage.
