Job Summary
Sky Planet Holidays is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing branch teams, and achieving business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple branches/franchises within the assigned region.
- Drive branch sales and ensure monthly and annual business targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support Branch Managers and branch staff.
- Analyze sales reports, operational performance, and prepare management reports.
- Develop business strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company service standards.
- Monitor branch expenses and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and franchise expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Branch Management, Operations, Sales, or Regional Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently between branches.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is an added advantage.
- Strong business development and sales management skills.
- Knowledge of branch operations and franchise management.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and achieve business objectives.
