About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow brand partnership opportunities for our influencer accounts. The primary responsibility is to identify, approach, negotiate, and secure paid brand collaborations, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and approach brands relevant to our influencer niche.
- Pitch influencer profiles to brands and marketing agencies.
- Generate brand collaboration opportunities and sponsorship deals.
- Negotiate campaign deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the influencer and brands to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track outreach, negotiations, and deal closures.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate and close brand deals.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or creators is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Performance Expectations
- Secure a minimum number of brand collaborations each month.
- Consistently build relationships with brands and agencies.
- Meet monthly revenue and partnership targets.
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow-ups.
Compensation
- From Month 3 onwards: 25,000-30,000 Fixed salary + performance incentives (or as mutually agreed).
- Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who can actively bring brand deals, negotiate effectively, and help scale influencer revenue through strategic partnerships.
