#Job Responsibilities:
Prepare residential/commercial building plans using AutoCAD.
Design room layouts and floor plans based on plot dimensions.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material estimation (cement, sand, bricks, steel, etc.).
Prepare construction and working drawings.
Coordinate with site teams and clients for project execution.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and standards.
