Job Title: Field Supervisor (Operations & Material Logistics)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an active and responsible Field Supervisor to manage operations and material supply chains across our heavy earthmoving machinery sites. In this role, you will handle site supervision, coordinate machine operations, manage material procurement/booking, and take care of additional ground tasks as required by management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Material Procurement & Purchase: Handle local purchasing of materials, spare parts, or fuel needed for machinery and site operations.
· Material Booking & Supply: Manage the advance booking of materials, track delivery schedules, and ensure smooth supply to the working sites without delays.
· Logistics & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of material bills, booking, and supply list as daily progress reports, share updates regularly with the main office.
· Add-on Tasks: Handle on-field emergencies, vendor coordination, client dealing, and any other duties assigned by the company owner as per business requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: 12th Pass and Above
· Experience: Fresher / 0 to 2 years of experience in Field Supervision, Site Management, or Material Handling (Construction/Earthmoving sector preferred).
· Vehicle: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License for frequent field travel and material tracking.
· Skills: Strong negotiation skills for material purchasing, basic mathematical skills for billing, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Job Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & Interview).
- Allowances: Fuel/Travel allowance will be fully covered by the company for all field assignments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
