Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, cloud security, and CI/CD automation to join Grey Chain’s engineering team.
This role is focused on building, securing, deploying, and operating highly reliable cloud and Kubernetes platforms that support our AI and enterprise workloads. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure fast, secure, and stable releases across environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and manage secure and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes and Docker-based platforms running production workloads.
- Implement DevSecOps controls including SAST, DAST, container scanning, secrets management, and IAM.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and reliability using modern observability tools.
- Manage production deployments, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed across all environments.
- Collaborate closely with application, QA, and data teams to support fast and stable releases.
- Continuously improve automation, cloud reliability, and cost efficiency.
The Skills You’ll Need
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS and Azure (both mandatory).
- Proven experience with DevSecOps – vulnerability scanning, secrets management, IAM, security automation.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes & Docker in production environments.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security architecture, and monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting AI/ML or high-scale platforms.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security – preferred).
- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- Experience working in enterprise or global client environments.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
