Roles and Responsibilities:
EXPERIENCE IN TUBE FILLING MACHINE IS REQUIRED
Cosmetic industry experience is must
Machine Setup: Prepares the equipment by loading raw materials (empty tubes and product batches) and setting specific temperatures for sealing.
Quality Control: Checks filled tubes for correct volume, secure seals, and printing alignment to meet product standards
Troubleshooting: Fixes minor machine jams or alignment errors to keep the production line running fast
Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleans and sanitizes machine parts regularly to prevent contamination. This is very important in the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics industries.
Record Keeping: Fills out daily logs about how much was produced, machine downtime, and any defects found.
