Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Security Officer (SSO) to lead and manage security operations at our manufacturing facility in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in industrial security, surveillance systems, access control, incident management, emergency response, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day security operations across the facility.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular security inspections, patrols, and risk assessments.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and policy violations, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, including fire, medical, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and effectively deploy security personnel.
- Liaise with local police, fire departments, and other emergency authorities when required.
- Manage visitor access, vehicle movement, and gate security operations.
- Conduct security awareness programs and emergency drills for employees.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate security.
- Ex-Servicemen are mandatory for this position.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency management.
- Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and crisis management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Certification in Security Management will be an added advantage.
