About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join Pulse Fitness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting gym equipment solutions, and driving sales growth across commercial and home fitness segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in gyms, fitness studios, hotels, apartments, schools, and corporate wellness sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital inquiries.
- Meet potential clients and explain Pulse Fitness products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Attend fitness expos, promotional events, and client meetings when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for fitness and wellness industry.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good presentation and client handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
