About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies and practices to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall website visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Focus: Develop SEO strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, particularly in the B2B segment
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and identify opportunities to optimize existing content and uncover new areas for growth.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement in website performance.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking to enhance site structure and relevance.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
- Manage off-page SEO, including backlink strategies, outreach, and link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.
- Provide SEO recommendations for website development, design, and site structure improvements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Strong experience with both on-page optimization and off-page link-building strategies.
- Content Optimization: Familiarity with content creation processes and optimizing for SEO.
- Technical SEO: Knowledge of technical SEO, including website performance, page speed optimization, structured data, and crawling/indexing issues.
- Keyword Research: Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and apply findings to improve organic rankings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports to monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Understanding of current trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in international SEO, e-commerce SEO, or local SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO.
