Key Roles:
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Schedule and manage deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle routes and shipment status.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
- Support smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign delivery tasks efficiently.
- Track shipments and address delays promptly.
- Update dispatch systems and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily operational and dispatch reports.
Skills Required: Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
