-Supervised interior fit-out works for retail showroom projects.
- Managed labour, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Ensured execution as per drawings, specifications & quality standards.
- Coordinated with clients, architects, and project teams.
- Maintained daily progress reports and site documentation
- Checked materials and ensured timely delivery- Manpower handling.
