Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Tele Sales) who will be responsible for handling outbound calls on company-provided leads, explaining products, and converting leads into showroom visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Explain marble and natural stone products to potential customers.
- Take regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Convince and coordinate showroom visits for customers.
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales/showroom team for closures.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and interactions.
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / business development.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good grasping power and willingness to learn.
- Organized and comfortable handling lead follow-ups.
