Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales
operations. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, ensure timely
documentation, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to support the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with the sales team to manage and follow up on client orders.
● Maintain and update customer databases and sales records regularly.
● Prepare and assist in generating quotations, proforma invoices (PIs), and order
confirmations.
● Track and monitor pending orders and ensure timely processing.
● Follow up with internal departments such as logistics and warehouse for delivery
status.
● Maintain accurate records of dispatches and delivery timelines.
● Provide administrative support and assist with reporting requirements.
● Address client queries and route them appropriately within the team.
● Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and operations teams.
● Support the preparation of sales performance reports when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
