Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll closure. Review payroll-related taxes and oversee monthly tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements. Coordinate with the Banking team to ensure timely funding for salary disbursements and tax payments. Manage payroll activities including monthly variance analysis and account reconciliations. Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Hiring, C&B, HR, and Accounting teams to align payroll operations with cross-functional impacts. Mentor and guide the payroll team to optimize performance and ensure process efficiency.
