- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, banquets, and events
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, event planners)
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and contract agreements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pricing plans
- Identify new market segments and sales channels
- Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B teams
- Coordinate for group bookings, events, and conferences
- Ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Track KPIs and provide insights to senior management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Conduct site visits and client presentations
- Promote hotel services through sales calls, emails, and meetings
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
