Job overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting the company’s services. The role will also require the candidate to visit and attend events for business development, networking, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.Attend and visit relevant events, exhibitions, and networking meets.Generate leads through event participation, networking, and market research.Follow up with leads and convert them into potential customers.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Skills & Competencies
Graduate in any discipline.2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with new people.Willingness to travel locally and attend events as required.Good negotiation and convincing skills.Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
