Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Anchor to host our podcasts, conduct interviews with guests, and manage the overall presentation flow. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage both the audience and the guests professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and anchor podcast episodes and video interviews with various guests.
- Prepare interview content, research topics, and develop creative and insightful questions.
- Coordinate with guests for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth guest welcoming and on-camera introductions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams for recording sessions and content planning.
- Maintain the brand tone, professionalism, and engagement throughout all sessions.
- Handle pre- and post-interview communication with guests.
- Participate in promotional activities related to podcast and media appearances.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, or regional language as per need).
- Strong research and content preparation ability.
- Good on-camera presence and voice modulation.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and maintain professionalism.
- Time management and coordination skills for scheduling and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in anchoring, media hosting, or similar roles preferred.
- Basic understanding of podcasting or digital media platforms is a plus.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
