Job Description – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Experience: 4–8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Create real-time customer engagement strategies across multiple channels.
- Configure audiences, segments, offers, and decisioning rules.
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor customer journey performance and optimize engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in marketing technology and digital customer engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
